       7th Annual Nature and Rural Tourism Conference - January 13, 2009

With a rich heritage, diversified landscapes and rural, family-based culture, the North Dakota Nature and Rural Tourism Association is working to bring together those that are interested in visiting the state with those that want to share their way of life.

The ND Nature & Rural Tourism Association has its roots in a growing movement in North Dakota to work cooperatively to share our values and history while enhancing the travelers experience to our state. Nature and the rural way of life comes easy to us and remains an important part of our nations future… we want to make sure the experience on our farms and rural areas is positive and educational.

The ND Nature & Rural Tourism Association has created and shared its vision throughout the state at 6 regional meetings. Our current activities include developing a plan of work, formation of committees, and working on tourism liability insurance reform.
